Managing the interest of Plant Owners in CAPEX Energy projects is one of our basic services. As for long we have supported the owner operating companies and awarded Engineering Contractors who perform the PMC-Project Management Consultant with Global Energy Engineers & Consultants, seconded to such an organization. From the FEED phase (Front End Engineering & Design) or so called basic engineering, to detailed engineering. Once the Contract is awarded mostly in one or more EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) packages upto Commissioning, Startup and Operations. Global Energy Engineers were involved in the Project Engineering monitoring and working closely together with the EPC Contractor during Engineering phase setting up the project Contract Strategy both pre- and post contract award, Cost Estimation & Control and provision of Planning discipline.
