Managing the interest of Plant Owners in CAPEX Energy projects is one of our basic services. As for a long period we have supported the owner operating companies and awarded Engineering Contractors whom perform the PMC-Project Management Consultant with Global Energy Engineers & Consultants seconded to such an organization. From the FEED (Front End Engineering & Design) or so called Basic Engineering, to Detailed Engineering once the Contract is awarded mostly in one or more EPC Engineering, Procurement Construction Package, Commissioning Startup and Operations. Global Energy Engineers where involved in the Project Engineering monitoring and working closely toagtheer with the EPC Contractor during Engineering phase setting up the project Contract Strategy both pre- and post contract award, Cost Estimation & Control and provision of Planning discipline.
