1. PSSR Execution plan, organisation, procedures, planning/timeline
2. PSSR roadmap GOSAFE, PHA risk matrix definition
3. PSSR Management Database, assesment of verification data
4. PSSR evaluation, mitigation and reporting
5. PSSR information tranfer to PHA Safety database
