As for a long period we have supported the owner operating companies and awarded Engineering Contractors whom perform the PMC-Project Management Consultant with Global Energy Engineers & Consultants seconded to such an organization.

Basic Engineering - FEED phase

From the FEED (Front End Engineering & Design) or so called Basic Engineering we can assist in Preparing the Scope of Work into Invitation To Tender of request for quotation for the several EPC Packages, provide a project contract strategy, financial risk assessment.

Detailed Engineering phase

Manage the  Bid evaluation process and provide advise on contract award and execution of the Detailed Engineering once the Contract is awarded mostly in one or more EPC Engineering, Procurement Construction Packages are awarded. Global Energy client Engineers are working during Engineering monitoring and working closely together with the EPC Contractor during Engineering phase setting up the project Contract Strategy both pre- and post contract award, Cost Estimation & Control and provision of Planning discipline. Procurement Management and HSE & Quality Assurance

Construction Management

Provide a Global Energy team for the Client Construction Management Team, manage and control the awarded EPC Contract means good experienced Construction Supervisory staff awareness of quality, progress including the risk assessment. 

Commissioning Startup and Initial Operations

Global Energy Engineers where involved in managing the Pre-Commissioning, Mechanical Completions, Commissioning & Startup and the Initial Plant Operation execution of the performance test, guarantee run. Our experienced and qualified Engineers and Consultants work on your project team on all the relevant disciplines from the Basic Engineering, Detailed CAD Design, Engineering, Procurement Construction till Commissioning and Operations and Maintenance. Our aim is to support your Project Team with our own qualified and experienced Designers, Engineers & Consultants or specially recruit project staff for your project teams.
